Analyst

Successful candidates shall be responsible for:

  • Performing industry and market research and analysis;
  • Analyzing financial statements and business models;
  • Building financial model for valuation;
  • Drafting information memoranda and other materials required in client pitches and transaction execution.

The ideal candidates should:

  • Be graduates of Business Management, Finance, Economics, or Accounting degree programs;
  • Preferably have at least 1-2 years of work experience in an investment bank, commercial bank, audit firm or research unit of a stock brokerage firm; however, new graduates may also be considered;
  • Be proficient in financial analysis and modeling;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Be fluent in English;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Candidates with MBA or CFA is a plus.

CEO Assistant

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Administrative tasks:
  • Complete administrative tasks including answer main phone line and respond to inquiries, complete expense reports, compose and prepare correspondence or email, arrange itineraries, and manage stationary in the office;
  • Provide event management support as requested by CEO and Auxesia Team such as schedule meetings, draft agendas, distribute presentation materials, and record meeting minutes;
  • Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment;
  1. Supports and Liaison:
  • Do brief market research, summary information to report to the CEO;
  • Act as a liaison and follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships;
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication among internal and external departments;
  • Assist the CEO to determine targets and objectives of works and propose work-plan for departments in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision;
  • Follow up incoming issues and concerns addressed to/by the CEO and determine an appropriate course of action, referral, or response;
  • Support the CEO in supervising progress schedule, modifying workflows and making decision (if urgent) on behalf of the CEO;
  1. Supervising and Talent Training tasks:
  • Help HR team with screening, conducting interviews, and writing reports;
  • Supervise and report to the CEO about the general performance of staff, in-out-coming issues occurred in the office;
  • Maintain credibility, trust, and support with the management team and colleagues;
  1. Others:
  • Conduct relevant tasks required by the CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with attention to detail;
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently;
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  • Demonstrate the high level of customer/client service and response;
  • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Candidate with work tenure of experience is preferable;
  • Experience and interest in internal and external communications as well as partnership development;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Social Media web platforms.
