- Policies to support employers:
- Exemptions of employers in social insurance contributions for Labour Accidents and Occupational Diseases
- Policy on suspension of Employer's and Employee's payment to the Retirement and Death Insurance Benefit Fund
- Loans to pay salary for work stoppages and salary for business recovery
- Policies to support employees:
- Support employees having their employment suspended or taking unpaid leave
- Support employees who are out-of-work
- Support employees with terminated employment
